may sound a bit critical but comes in handy for me thanks! :cheeky:dude they are still there where they have always been they are just blended into the theme all you have to do is hoover over the normal area or right click over the blue vents in the right side of the start menu to access them. Same with the search box just bring up the start menu and start typing

Yes like bigv said above for all programs or shutdown and reset buttons they are at the bottom of the start menu where they normally are all u do is hover there u will see the blue light up for all programs on the left side on the right hover in the same spot and it will light up blue for the shutdown move ur mouse a bit more over on the right and u will see the menu pop up for restart and so on as in the screens below :)

Hi Passsion for the wei scores to have it all blacked out you would need one of the 7tsp packs that grim or I have done with the full icon dll edits as the small bits around the wei scores are edits that need to be made in windows dll's themes won't change those bits :)

then open HUD premium theme folder - original folder name is HUD
open folder - Backgrounds and copy/paste all wallpapers to your original theme directory
to your original theme folder
if not contains folder name Backgrounds
add here new folder and rename this folder to Backgrounds and copy/paste here all wallpapers
If you have not purchased this Premium Theme,please download this file

because this theme uses a Full-Glass function

I used to do this myself custom os's not cracked copies but just custom built ones I would release to activate you would have to do that on your own with a serial or whatever, in fact thats how I met Mr Grim to begin with asking him permission to help me mod up one of his themes for an os I was building lol

It's not a big worry to us about stuff like that if it's a premium theme ya of course we don't want them to use it in an os, it would be nice for them to give us some credit for the theme but we not going to keel over and die if they don't lol

You can change it but you would need to find the image in the msstyles, they can be extracted using a resource hacker like Restorator 2007 and you can replace it using that but the easiest way is using Windows Style Builder but you would need to use my updated class maps that include the new location for that image, I am sure Tucker could add it in there for you though and send you the altered theme if you asked him nice enough lol

For the theme itself just unpack it from the download you got and copy the hardwired.theme file and the hardwired folder over to c/windows/resources/themes go to presonalization and apply the theme thats it :)

i only have the hardwired bottomshell and hardwired topshell folders from the premium download, when i do run the theme files nothing happens. Sorry i probably very stupid lol. the 7tsp i know how to run, you just select the folder with 7tsp and patch it.

Ya sry Dragonic I should have explained it further there are 2 diff ones for each theme depending if u have your details pane at the top of your explorer windows or on the bottom. What u do is go into those folders and copy out the hardwired.theme file and the hardwired folder and place those in c/windows/resources/themes if you just plop the whole folder bottomshell or top shell in there it will not work u need to take those out of the main folder topshell or bottom shell sry I should have explained that better :)

You may need to extract it once.
The pack should be in 7zip format and it should only contain two things if you were to open it.
1. a theme folder containing the theme and all images
2. the .ini
Make sure the .ini is not ziped inside a folder or the program will not find it

You must enable the use of custom themes by either patching your system with Universal Theme Patcher or use UxStyle Core which runs as a service, either way will have the same result but UxStyle Core does not change any system files and is also update proof.After you do that install theme resource changer than install the theme it will work.:Smile:

First off if your using ServicePack1 on you windows OS your better off using universal theme patcher to enable 3rd party themes Next you need theme resource changer installed both found in this section http://virtualcustoms.net/forumdisplay.php/896-Theme-Patchers
Next extrac the archive file of your theme you downloaded.
Next you need to decided weather you want your detail pane at the top or bottom (topshell/Bottomshell) Once you have decided that part open either the topshell or bottom shell folder and locate 2 items - Hardwire.theme file & the hardwire theme folder copy and paste these 2 items to C:/windows/resources/themes
Next right click your desktop and select personalize from the context menu. Locate the theme in this window and apply. this will apply the main theme

Go to screen resolution > click Make text or other items larger or smaller and check that the value is set to smaller 100%. If you wish to use a custom text size then 124% DPI (Dots per inch) is the maximum you can use.

Also note that the navigation forward and back buttons will not work above 100% DPI (Dots per inch).

You have to purchase the theme first, then a link will pop up.

Make sure you install theme resource changer and patch your system files with universal them patchier (make sure you choose the right one, for your windows x64 or x86(32).

Hey guys I am completely new to the entire customization of the themes and what not. My question for you guys is "How do I get all of the icons to register on my computer after I have downloaded them from the extras portion?"

Hey bud welcome to the site bud
The extra for this theme have to be installed manually by editing your system files with Restorator or similar resourcer program

To edit the ps splash you need to use restorator and notepad bud
Open c/windows/programs/adobe/photoshop and locate the psart.dll take ownership of it then copy it to your desktop.
Open the dll using restorator and replace the images then save the dll.
Next rename the original dll in the program folder to .bak at the end of the file name and paste the new dll into the program folder
Next locate the photoshop.dll and copy it to your desktop then open it using restorator and replace the .rc file in the string folder with the one i uploaded. It will remove most of the credits normally displayed in the splashscreen
(normally you would extract the .rc contained in string folder then edit with notepad but i have already done that for you just extract the .rc from the .rar file)
Then resave the file and repeat renaming the original file and pasting your new one in place
Close the program file and start photoshop and you should see you new splash

hi mate you can use restorator 30 day trial to patch the files

edit: also adding to toadys post here the free trial of restorator can be uninstalled at the end of 30 days then just reinstalled again for another 30 days free u can do this till the end of time :)

Problem is Jimmy I just downloaded the files Form links above and all the extra's are in the files but there are no 7tsp Packs. Just Icons, Dock, Time/date.cpl , etc. There are no 7tsp Packs in the files. Im not sure if razor forgot to put them in there or what. But I believe that is what He is talking about.
