Im a huge noob at windows 7 themes but the problem is i got a theme now but when i instal the theme i got an other start orb than the normal windows 7 start orb but after a while it change's back to the normal windows 7 startorb. And my other problem is that where can i get a taskbar? I got win7 32 bit . :)
