Do you have to change the start orb manually? Or can I place the one I like into the theme so that it's done automatically?

Yes you can manually replace the start orb. you need to find the orb of your choice and locate the explorer.exe file inside the theme folder. you need to put your image in there 3 times and it needs to be .png format and you need to name the .png images 6801, 6805, 6809. It will look like this.......

All you need to do is make the folder explorer.exe and put the orb you want in the folder. Just remember your start orb has to be .png and you need three of them named 6801, 6805, 6809. and then reload the theme.

One problem, how do you change the Bitmap image into .png?


Sorry found that part using paint.
I have loaded the three files and restarted the theme but still no joy :0(

Photoshop, Gimp. I believe almost any image editing software should allow you to import the .bmp and save it as .png. if you have no experience in this and you want to send the .bmp to me just let me know and Ill do it real quick for you.
