Changing Theme Help

I have recently found this site, and am new to changing themes around. I've downloaded the programs to patch the files on the computer to allow me to have custom themes, but I did it a while ago and I forgot pretty much everything. My question is, how do I get another theme on my computer? I have the Mr. Grim Clash of the titan theme, i think, if not its the one with the M4 or M16 or whatever gun it is, and I want to switch to the Toxic theme. I ran the downloaded file through the 7tsrp or whatever that program is, and it rebooted and the only things that changed were the icons in the bottom and things like windows media player and other misc file stuff....

Any help is greatly appreciated.

ok after you installed the theme rite click your desktop and select personalize then select the theme from there to apply it

Thank you very much! Simple fix..... I thought it might've been the old files weren't being patched right, but all I had to do was to change it, like any other theme.
