Hey You go man. First you need to install a theme Patcher: http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/29243-Universal-Theme-Patcher-1-5-silent-installer-x86-x64 Then you should install http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/30902-Theme-Resource-Changer-no-more-dll-editing (On this link just install the First one.) After all this is done & You have Restarted your Computer, Just download a theme & Install it like this:http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/27909-How-to-Apply-Custom-Themes-in-Windows-7. Will show you everything.
