Here's a neat little toy at www.moosenose.com which translates typed rtf files into talking wav files (Toshiba male voice or Microsoft Anna are installed). Very easy to use, just type a word doc, save as an rtf, then use the converter. Voice speed and pitch are adjustable. Save the converted file where ever you'd like; then browse for the file to apply it in personalization / sounds. For example, my windows logon sound is "Hello, Dave...initiating system protocols..." Kinda neat, huh?
