How do you apply aimp 3 skins?

i downloaded a hud aimp skin, placed it in skin folder and then in aimp 3 it doesn't show up. how to apply it? in skins options the skin comes with no name and no preview. help me please.

you will need to extract the skin out of the archive it is packaged in. if you don't have one get yourself a copy of winrar, or 7-zip. personally i recommend having both. each has features that the other does not. if you need help using either just holler.
