Do you want all your files to pop out on your screen while you browse your directories?
Do you want them to look like a waterfall when you scroll??
DUH... of course you want, now for those who managed to miss this feature, here's a simple tutorial:
-download RAR from link
http://andreascy.deviantart.com/art/Animated-ExplorerFrame-V-1-199984199
(credits to Andreascy for making it, credits to LetÃ*cia® for finding it)
-unpack
-copy the ExplorerFrame.dll file
-open C:\Windows\System32
-find ExplorerFrame.dll
// you may need to right click it and press "take ownership" before doing next two steps... if that option isn't there and you still can't process next three steps, follow the instructions behind these two gorgeous stars**
-rename it to ExplorerFrame.dll.bak
-paste the ExplorerFrame.dll file (the one you downloaded... duh)
-restart explorer - easiest way (in my personal objective opinion) is to press ctrl-shift-esc // execute the explorer.exe process // start new task - type "explorer" - hit enter
-enjoy browsing and scrolling through your folders
**okay, here's what you need to do:
-click start
-write cmd.exe
-right click it // run as administrator
-write: takeown /f explorerframe.dll
-go back to system32
-right-click explorerframe.dll // click on properties // go to security tab // click edit // select your username // check the option "full control" // confirm with Apply
-success, you can now operate with explorerframe.dll however you want without any PC telling you what you can or can't, high five....
-now go back to finish those last steps!
EDIT: If you have the balls (sorry VC girls) to do some editing on your own, procceed to use Razorsedges tutorial: http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/29051-Adding-animation-in-explorer
