i keep clicking the windwos aero form oen but it just stays in basic im trying teh zero-G one and they wont get out of the basic appearnce even if i am click the aero one.

Is your theme patched with the Universal theme patcher mate?

Maybe your graphics card doesn't support aero. Is the latest driver installed? What graphics card do you use?

dustyfellow1 (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/218403-dustyfellow1) i think gor17981 (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/171027-gor17981) is right. normally if your trying to use custom themes and can only get the basic you didn't patch your system or a update changed the patched files. please install the items in the below threads and try you theme again.

I don't think so, because if you're trying to use a third party theme and your system isn't patched, you don't get the basic theme but the classic theme with high contrast or how it is named. Just if your graphics card doesn't support aero or if there is a issue with the theme you get the basic theme.
