After trying it. It looks great. One thing that I think would be an improvement is have the caption buttons outlined when inactive because they kinda get lost when your working with the windows minimized other than that it looks great love the color choice

Actually I just did that to the new theme I'm working on.I was having the same issue!
Gimme a day or so and I'll add an updated version,I think I want to change the scroll bar background too!

Sorry but I currently do not have software installed to make 32 bit bitmaps.That's why all my themes use Theme Resource Changer.Maybe someone here with Photoshop
can make it for you.
