Have you patched your system with universal theme patcher. and Installed Theme Resource Changer. These two things must be done first before you can install any third party theme.

i've already done the patch sir. yet still the same problem. i really like the theme that is why i am trying my best to make it work. the only things that isn't working is the aliendock and alienorb start menu. other features are working properly sir.
