I give you my latest theme Sufferance. Both Aero and Basic themes are made so you can choose which version to run with.
Also all the taskbar positions are covered for those who like to have the taskbars on the top or sides and with small icons.
Also this version has brighter frames, taskbar and start menu.

Been waiting for this one gor17981 now the HUD Launch theme has a new partner, I also have the Sufferance-Blue theme and both still work above 124% DPI as my current resolution is 1680 x 1050 @ 150% DPI.

Have you patched your system to enable 3rd party themes plus installed theme resource changer app?
These are both required for themes on our site to function with windows7.
