how to change skin?

i'm a newbie, please help me!
i download a skin of wmp, formats of it is acs3 or other but it is not wmz format. how to use it?

acs3 is not a skin for windows media player it is for Aimp3 media player. I would suggest you try it. It a wonderful player and it's free also. Most of us on the staff here have converted to using it for music and either kmp player or vlc media player for video veiwing which are way better than the microcrap your os came with
