Unpack the "Rainmeter Skin Gallery" just in the Rainmeter folder. To add a new design, you simply load it down over the gallery and install it when prompted immediately after. Under the entry "skins", which is available by right-clicking the program icon in the toolbar, all added themes are listed.

You should already be able to rep bud if that is what you meant. If you look at bottom edge of a post you should see an icon for +rep. All you have to do is click on it to add rep to someone. The rep system works off your current rep along with the amount of post you have and applys rep proportionately so the more rep and post you have the more rep you can apply to someone else. You do have to spread the rep around. You can't just rep one person over and over.

I'm thinking of doing all my packs in 1 with a wallpaper and icons and drop it here. Its still in beta but it was 4 days of coding, fully operational, executes every program normally on your start bar, built in graphics,also the little box to the right is a pop up for on/off, sleep, restart,and log off. [Edit} there is a pop up pop down function but not with that button alone, you have to push the red queens eye to make it pop down then the red square for it to go up again. Too much code and I'm speshal lol
