Start Menu "all Programs" and theming

Is there a way to put a graphic in the "all Programs" part of the start menu? It seem to me that VSB & Windowblinds only changes the color, is there a utility that allows to put a graphic there? John:moon::whistle::Grim:

Yeah you need Windows Style Builder to edit the msstyle file from a theme, here is a great tutorial By Dave Senior, it will show you almost everything you need to know
