Stardock settings not saving

Hi, I am running Stardock, and I love it. However, it will not save my settings. It won't save the theme I am trying to use, it won't save my programs I put into the dock, nor the custom icons assigned to the programs, and it will be set on "Always on top". It says the settings ini file is in read-only mode. When I checked the properties of that file, read-only mode was not toggled. What can I do to save my settings?
