I got a Windows 7 64 Bit Maschine and I was trying this with Photoshop CS6 64Bit. The result is

i downloaded and tested all the packs and they work perfectly.

try downloading a fresh pack it might have gotten corrupted when downloading.

if it still not work try a download manager to download the rar pack DownThemAll! :: Add-ons for Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/downthemall/?src=ss)

as it might be a bug with the site download manager ok.
