Help with sig

​I am looking to for help with reflections for the letters, some cool border ideas, and a quick and simple animation tut, any help would be great, and yes I like doing sig's:laughing:

I don't do animations my self but you could let te reflection on the letters move up>down>up>down.
Those blue vertical stripes could be moving like a mad man from left to right*as random as posible with a loop*
and maybe you could make some scaning like effect for the face moving up and down.

but I can't help you with this since I don't have any skills in photoshop animations.
unless you want to make it in c4d or after effects in that case I can maybe help you out.
