Noob help creating windows 7 theme

Hi everyone,
:Afraid::Afraid: in advance thanks for anyone who help or give advice.
im a noob with themes. but i do have professional skill when it comes to graphics and stuff.

I need like a complete step by step tut if possible. Like from coding to the folder to the file and so on and on.
If you could do a video and explain that would be awesome.

Also if you need any graphics done let me know and ill help if i can or avaible.
