i would like to package the cursors from gsw953 's hand drawn them to use with his thin white line theme. i've included the files that are in the cursor folder for hand drawn so peeps can see if everything i need is in it.

i didn't posting a cursor pack, i just want to know how to turn what's in that rar file into an actual pack.
