Florida Gators Start Orb

Can anyone create me a Florida Gator Start Orb from this or know where I can get one? I've been able to find Alabama and Auburn start orbs one's but no Gators..

swilman that looks good but if you make them in a png format with a transparent background instead of bitmaps as nofx did above you can add them directly into the explorer.exe folder inside your theme folder for use with theme resource changer and not have to use a 3rd party changer app that are know to cause issues.
