Hi all, i'm using forumcity to host my free forum... and, quite frankly, the smilies suck.. i've found smiley packs, but have no clue how to add them... help please?

You will only be able to do this if you have FTP access which with forum city I don't think you do,

You are better getting a free host and managing it your self.
