Hi Bud :)

those images like the one you have circled in your screen are in your operating system.dll's, system32 folder and syswow folder both if your using an x64 system themecpl.dll inside the bitmap folder in the dll they are bitmap images not icons,

this is not something you could have changed for a theme to release like to have a branded logo in place there for your theme it would have to be modded individually on the users operating system :)
