Move Preview pane to Top and Cmd bar to Bottom Video Tutorial

This is a tutorial on how to move your preview pane to the top of explorer windows and your folderband toolbar to the bottom of explorer.

I see even with a few tutorials of this on the site the question still gets asked quite a lot so here I have provided you with a video tutorial and the resources you need to make it easier :)

you are most welcome guys :) I see this question get asked quite a lot in fact it was actually quite a little bit of work I had to do here to remember all the edits lmao I have had mine this way for so long I just had the shell32.dll with all the edits saved aside for my os for so long I had to go through each uifile I had made edits in with the modded dll and an unmodded one to remember where I edited all the lines lmao

Jimmy lol I have actually had my preview pane at the top of explorer since the xp days I am so used to it being up there that if it's not it feels weird to me lol

safuddin not sure why u can't take ownership do u get any kind of error trying to do it this is not the only way to take ownership of a file with the tweak there is also a manual way in this post here http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/30412-Take-Ownership-tweak-and-manual-take-ownership-for-exe-s-cpl I show the method for taking ownership the manual way in method 2 in fact unless its a dll file that reg tweak option above won't work for others such as cpl files and exe files so for those u would need to do the manual method as I have shown in that tutorial :)
