Just use resource extractor to extract the bmps from the explorerframe.dll file. Then delete all but 280, 281, 288, 291, 294, 577, 578, 579, 581, 34560 thru 3462, 34569 thru 34571, 34575 thru 34577, and 34581 thru 34583. Convert those bmps to pngs using Greenfish. Create your explorerframe.dll folder in your theme folder. And theme resource changer (TRC) will do the rest. You can do the same with explorer.exe and shell32.dll (use 632, 633, 634, and 635 images). You can also have fun editing these images to create your own alterations. Finally, just about every theme made now includes those 3 folders with the pngs already done. TRC does the work for you.
