Did you install theme resource Changer??? Must patch your system and Install theme resource changer before you install any themes.

Yes, I did. Everything works fine, except the start button.

I just installed this theme with no issue's. Make sure you patch your system with universal theme patcher and Install the correct (x86)or (x64bit) Version of Theme resource Changer. If you have done this correctly you should not have any issue's. I will tag a few others to this thread and see if someone else knows some thing I might be missing.

You don't need to do this anymore, somehow after I started my PC todey it suddenly worked. I don't know why, but I think Kaspersky thought there was a virus or something in your theme.
