I need some help, please !!

I want to replace / modify some files on my visual styles but i don't know / i can't edit images like the one i want. ( aqua, borders, etc )
Now i tell you what am i talking about. When i press on My Computer, on the desktop, there is a nice bluebackground around. I want to modify this part.
So i will attache here 2 pictures. The first one is like i have it now and the second one is like i want to have it. Could you help me, please ?
Just in case, i attache here my visual style, as well.

Here you go bud, i edited the msstyles. Look at the images you needded to edit.

But the background colour is not blue like in the image i attached.
It's white.

I changed to blue.
Thanx a million. Could i have it the same for Windows Explorer, as well ? I mean, when i move the mouse over the folders, etc.

Change these images for explorer buttons: Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ListView > ListItem> (normal, hot, pressed etc etc)
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > TreeView > TreeItem (normal, hot, pressed etc etc)

Can i replace with the same ones ? I mean, those parts from the image.
