OK I think its just a simple problem that I keep having. But can some1 help me fix it?

That is meant to be the Retribution Blue Theme but with every theme I install it looks like that. I have used the Recourse manager and the other 1 that your ment to use. Any help at all will be appreciated

Hi there...
It looks to me that you don't have your system patched.
Just download Universal Theme Patcher and patch your system. and your thats it.

Try switch off your antivirus before you run the patcher mate, just incase it is blocking the app.

Hi there...
It looks to me that you don't have your system patched.
Just download Universal Theme Patcher and patch your system. and your thats it.
use the right one.32 or 64 bit. it should ask for boot after. and ya turn off anti virus first.

Well I fixed it there was 1 file that was unpached Thanks for all the Help guys.
