Does anyone know how to adjust transparency or opacity with this or is it a "what you see is what you get" thing? It would be nice if one could adjust the transparency to different levels.

Yes, how does one go about doing it though? I don't see how in the tray controls.

See different settings of opacity - transparency ( make use of aerogui tool with the last tab " accent " and play around with the slider , you need aeroglass obviously ^^ )
you don't need to set that in black glass enhanced tray , just specify which executable files you wanna glass .

I personally use too " system transparency" in startup folder to make fine tunes and get also transparency- opacity to context menus and windows media player :)
