Now I am an Nvidia guy through and through although I have used an AMD card and holy cow was it good for only being a single slot. But as you can see in the link above the new HD 7990 has been unveiled to these guys. Let's see what it can bring us and if it can finally go head to head with the legendary GTX 690.

Like I said: Nvidia guy right here, BUT! With this new card it threw a few good punches at the 690. Granted it was the more AMD friendly games mostly but it still hangs in there very well. Now if AMD could just come out with a "good" processor for once. *Awaits AMD fanboys to begin flame war*

I'm on nvidia's side for sure, their gpu's are really strong. You get the most fps with the GTX690 at the moment, and AMD just doesn't make it that far. But dont underestimate AMD.
