I haven't added any themes lately so I guess I will sneak this one up.
First off I would like to thank freak69ize for coming up with the concept for this theme!
This theme is based of the Android Ice Cream Sandwich theme John is currently using on his phone.

Like all my recent themes,Resource Theme Changer is needed,MacType is recommanded
And it can be run with Black Glass Enhanced.
I included a new clock and wmp12 skin.
Also I included a few icons I had made for the theme and the PS asl file if anyone wants to make more.
Instructions,credits and previews included.

There is a normal manual install version

and an 64 bit auto install version,if you choose this version you will have the option to change
your logon screen,clock and wmp12 skin during the install.

Sorry I didn't included it because I wanted to update some things
I will be adding some more stuff to it like icons and system properties logo + change how it restores
right now it only restores to factory Windows files but I am changing it to restore to what you were using before the install was run.
Here's the first version so you can try it,it's still cool.The updated version should be ready soon and it will be even cooler!(I hope)

Your system must be patched to use 3rd party themes.
Universal Theme Patcher is included in the extras\tools folder
To install simply copy the ics folder, ics.theme from the
the theme folder to the C:\Windows\Resources\Themes folder.
To use,right click on the desktop and select Personalize,Choose the "ics red" style
This theme requires Theme Resource Changer(included in the extras\tools folder)to be installed for the start orb,navigation button,etc
