Looking for a themer

I have decided to start modding again and I am wondering if any of the master themers here would be interested in designing a new theme for my next Windows 7 build. The build is going to be based on conspiracy theories such as the number 23 and the Illuminaties. If anyone is interested, please let me know.

Thanks Toady. I've played around with theming, but found I am no good at it... lol. I am looking for someone to work on this build with me so I can use the theme as the default in my next build.
