Hey there. From the looks of it. It seems like you have installed the theme. but you need to First Patch your system so windows will accept this third party theme. Then you will also need to Install a program called Theme Resource Changer. Do a search on here for Patching your system with Universal Theme Patcher and also Search Theme Resource Changer. These two things must be done in order to get the full effect of the theme. Hope this helps. If you need any further Help please feel free to PM me and I will assist you with this.
