Fonts and Icons not changing! please help!

I just installed the 64 bit versions of theme patcher and theme resource changer and its all working except for the font and icons. In the theme preview picture it shows a modified font, and modified icons. The theme has the correct start menu button, start menu bar, colors, etc, all except for the icons and font are still stock windows. The open folders in now process option or whatever it is, is unselected and my dpi size is at 100%. Please help me! thanks!

Bud you have to install icon separately they are not part of a theme and fonts have to be installed into your system before they will work just double click the font and hit the install button for them
