Help!!

I have a bisognio anyone know what happened to the icons highlighted in red
even within the programm folder icons are with that white square.

I used the program and it was all ok IconPackager
then I tried the icon pack on youtube and after THE INSTALLATION of those packages in and out of that symbol white
I have tried removing the prog IconPackager nothing but everything stays the same

looks like your shortcut overlay / shortcut arrows. just download from this post. let me know if that did the trick.

it looks like your icon cache got corrupted thats one of the reason we don't used icon packager as it has a tendency to screw crap up. try clearing your icon cache http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/34968-Clearing-Windows-Icon-Caches

Hello to all
I would like to say thanks to everyone for the support you have shown me but I solved with a simple tool found on the net called pc refresh.
I must say it has restored log creed reboot everything is back to normal.
I use a windows 7 ultimate for your information I am attaching soft ok.
