Custom Icons for my website

I need some custom icons for my website, I saw your designers work, is looking great and I wounder if you can help me with this. What I need is something like this:

I just wanted to reply so you don't feel as if this post is getting ignored :)

I would have been game to help you on this just at the moment with xmas on the way my shop is quite busy it's hard to find anytime at the moment to get on the computer. Hopefully one of the other guys on the site here will be able to lend you a hand :)
