Those are all taken from system metrics,

Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > Menu:Color
Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > MenuText:Color

Ok Im still having an issue in this location. if you see the text in this menu is Blue. But the text is inactive so how do i make it grey to show that its inactive!
