I Enjoyed making the first Mecanoid theme so I thought I would make a new version.
The theme is available on Virtual Customs and deviant Art aswell as a thankyou for all the support over the last 12 mounths.
There will be also a Green and a Light version Cooming soon they however they will be Exclusive to Virtual Customs.

Just to let you know the self extracting archive you included has the wrong name in the theme file it is MECHANOID REVAMPED instead of MECH II RED so you might want to fix that.

But the msstyle path in the .theme file is wrong. Probably this is the problem IceBabee has... Maybe you could fix this :D
