If anyone Knows How to get this Text white THanks

I am at a loss here I am litterally down to this last text area and then Im done . I have added text color properties and I just cant find this one! I just want the text white with the black background if anyone knows where I can add the property or if I can. That would be awesome.

Hi Bud :)

Thats is one of those spots I had mentioned to you in the previous post that has black text that cannot be changed sry there is no settings for that one the text is always black there. There is a few other areas and some drop down menus as well where it has black text that has been that way since the xp days and no way to change the color on them :)
