Here is a version of my Ultimate Clean theme for Windows 8

it can be run with System Transparency http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&section=&global=1&q=system+transparency#/d2oti8q
I included a new clock and modded shell32.dll's
Changing system files is a lot harder on Windows 8 so do so at your own risk!
But the best way I have found is to use Se7en File Replacer http://www.xptsp.com/fixit/replacer.php

I also included a beta basic.theme file
This will give you a black Explorer ribbon,black Start Page and Charm Bar
and also black login screens
there is still a couple of bugs but I thought some of you might want to try it

Thanks For This Great Theme gsw , but i have a problem With Replacing Windows 8 Files i Tryed Se7en Replacer 2 Times but i Always Fail And Resote System
