How to remove Focus Rectangle in Windows 8?

Now that I have Win8, I want to remove the annoying desktop focus rectangle. I have a focus rectangle remover for Win7, but it doesn't seem to work on the new Operating System, or mayby it worked for the start screen's focus rectangle.

Any help would be appreciated
