Hey I think you might have downloaded the wrong drivers. I just went to your manufacturer website (Acer) and saw you have a totally different driver. So try this my friend. Go to www.acer.com (http://www.acer.com) at the top right click on support and then click on drivers. Enter your model number (6930G) and your operating system your using. Scroll down the list and you will see the fingerprint driver . Try and download that one. Always best to download drivers straight from your manufacturer. Hope this helps if not please let me know and we will figure this out.
