Change the color of Progress Bar

I tried to change the color of progress bar (green by default), but without success (same method as Windows 7, etc...).
I saw that it was possible (some themes have the blue progress bar), if someone could explain how to make

Edit This Image : Buttons ,Boxes & Controls > Progress bars > normal > Fill > <4>
In Photoshop I Don't Know If This Works In Windows 8 But You Can Try It .

you will need to go to the window style builder home site and get into the windows 8 style builder beta testing for the app as there is no wsb for win 8 offical release yet to be able to edit styles for win 8 the win 7 style builder will not work for win 8 as they are different ui's :)

I have been on the site but I have not found Windows Style Builder (for download)

I managed to change the color of the ProgressBar in blue but with "more details" (with graphi) it is always green...
