???I am unable to use UxStyle_Core_ because it says that my theme subsystem has been tampered with and the theme patcher used did not make a restore point... can anyone help on this issue??

are you using windows 8 or 7?

if your having any issue's running this program it might be due to your user account control. Try disabling User Account Control. Then run program.

Edit. Also The UxStyle installer checks to see if typical patched files (like uxtheme.dll) have been patched. If they have, the installer will fail and you must replace these patched files with the original Windows' copies

Try and Disable user account and if that still does not work then open cammand prompt, Make sure you open as administrator. (Right click run as admin) Type the fallowing.... sfc/scannow. after you run sfc/scannow reboot and then try running the patcher again.

to use sfc option the command is sfc /scannow you need to have a space between the c and / in the command
This will revert all modified system files to default
