Having an issue with top window frame.

Having some issues with the tip frame. There seems to be a rounded image that is blending with my image. and Cant get it to line up.

That is caused by the blur behind the windows and can not be changed, windows will always draw the rounded frames for the blur behind the explorer windows no matter what the shape is, the only way to get past that is to disable the blur using a tool like this one http://www.door2windows.com/windows-7-aero-blur-tweaker-hideshow-aero-blur-in-windows-7/

Thanks Grim That tool worked. But Really bummed. I have to run a tool to have that fixed. Guess I will scrap this theme Idea. Thanks though. Much appreciated.
