You are using black visual style thats why exel pages are black you would need to edit some parts of midnight theme in style builder if you want i can do thid for you.

yes please,my all office pages are looks black and i cant working on it quickly and easily..if you can fix it i will be glad for it..!

this is a known issue with a lot of themes and office
you can either switch to another theme when using office or open the windows personalization menu and adjust windows background color to a lighter color

Sounds like you may be using a pac that contain the authui.dll file, that one doesn't like to be modified on certain systems.
Easy way to check is to extract the pack you are using with either winrar or 7zip and look in resource file and see if it contains that res file, if it does you need to restore that single file
