I have recently installed the latest Skype but can find no skins for it ?, I had Skype like 3 years ago and I could have my own backgrounds and colors, is there any way to make Skype a bit prettier ?. Thank you for any advice :Smile:

Currently I don't think it possible to skin it but I know a couple of people looking into it because they can not stand the crappy looking interface compared to what we had using live messenger

crappy lol really im sure i can think of a few words to describe it better lol.

i had a look and all its files and the only part you can customize is the logon and no internal elements tho im looking into it lol.

i ran skype from 2006 through 2011 and you could never skin it. there is messenger plus for it though.

now i'm going to suggest trillian, cause there are skins for it, and it will import contacts from various other im clients.
