I assume you mean color of caption text
Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Top > Active
Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Top > Inactive
And change color of text under TEXTCOLOR:COLOR
