Windows Frame

I`m not familiar with style builder , I know this is Mark theme , just did some 10 seconds quick copy & paste not refined to give me and idea.

Is it possible with the constraint and/ border limitation in style builder to make a windows frame that can looks a bit like that ? maybe with something kind of .....at the bottom to...

It is just a question ?

Well thats a trick you can use bud. Every window has a shadow around it(only in aero mode). If you change the shadow images for the top it will place it there. Make sure you get the sizing correct.
