GPU fan problem

hi VC. i hope everyone is doing good. i am having a problem with my GPU's fan, its not spinning. my using it right now probably is not helping it but i have been asking everywhere for help. its a radeon hd 6870. i have tried to open it to oil up the bearings suppossedly but it did not have a opening for it. if anyone knows a fix or a temporary one even i would appreciate it. thanks guys and gals.

how old is the card bud if it fairly new i would be calling the manufacture for a replacement bud

yeah need new fan i wouldn't run it with out one or you could fry your GPU try an aftermarket one also note if you remove the heatsink to apply new grease artic silver mx2 is good
